Praying for Haiti

I don't watch the news.Mostly because every time I doI feel depressed about the current state of the world,
The current state of the people in the world,
Especially the helpless people.
However, sometimes the news simply cannot (and should not) be ignored.
Yes, in some cases "ignorance is bliss"But I think, in most cases "ignorance is selfishness".
We, as brothers and sisters, really cannot afford to be selfish.Nothing we have is truly our own.
Those thoughts have been ringing through my headEver since I heard about the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
